Professional in policy analytics and agenda setting, Lecturer, CityU, LUHK and EdUHK, focus on B-Corp, SROI and ESG training. Dr.Hui's teaching areas were policy analysis, e-governance, policy research, and job interview skills. He was the admissions officer for the MA in Public Policy and Management (MAPPM) and held the position as the internship coordinator for 10+ years.

Previously taught in information engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) , and also in electronic and computer engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK(SZ)).
